The Annual PMO Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Reston, Virginia. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the hotel at a discounted rate $179. Administrative Notes:

You may substitute attendees at any time. There is no cancellation fee if cancellation notice is received in writing 3 weeks or more prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged for cancellations less than three weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be made 1 week or less prior to the event. No shows will be liable for the full registration fee.

BKC shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a un-fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, an un-fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Speakers are confirmed 6 months before an event. However, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, BKC reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and /or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web site as soon as possible. In all substitution cases BKC will work to ensure a comparable speaker is located to participate in the program. . BKC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event.
