Paul C. Dinsmore, President of Dinsmore Associates, is
an international authority in Project Management. Mr. Dinsmore
is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by
the Project Management Institute (PMI), where he received
the Distinguished Contributions Award and was also elected
a Fellow of the Institute. Since 1999, he has served on
the Board of the PMI Educational Foundation.
He is the author of 9 management books
including The AMA Handbook of Project Management
and Winning in Business with Enterprise Project Management,
both published by Amacom, NY, as well as the co-authored
Creating the Project Office published in 2003
by Jossey Bass. He has spoken and consulted in South America,
North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia.
Since the mid 1990s, Paul Dinsmore has
written about the virtues of using the Enterprise Project
Management approach for managing organizations. His 1993
publication, The AMA Handbook of Project Management, was
written to provide a definitive source of information on
project management practices across the board. The second
addition of this text will be published and ready for sale
in 2005 with updated information and examples.
